Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with NudeFormLondon.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of shapewear garments, we cannot accept returns on worn, washed, or used items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Items must be in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, we recommend placing a new order for your preferred item after your return request is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
