We currently ship across the United Kingdom and selected international regions.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is usually 3–8 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer complimentary shipping on UK orders over £75.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

My order says delivered but I haven’t received it.
